Organix Bed partner agreement

1. How long it lasts

The agreement starts the day you accept it and runs for 12 months. It renews automatically for another 12 months each time, as long as you are an active partner on the renewal day. If you are not active then (for example, your account is inactive or paused), the agreement ends. Either side may also end it, as section 20 explains.

2. What you get

Organix Bed gives you, for as long as the agreement lasts:

• A discount code for your audience (a percent off the order, 10% to start). With a mattress, shoppers may also get the free items your offer includes, such as a free sheet set and mattress protector.
• Your own landing page on organixbed.com, with your name, your photo and your words, which our team reviews before it goes live.
• A short link (organixbed.com/yourname) and a link for each channel (such as organixbed.com/yourname?ch=ig), so you can see which posts sell.
• This partner site, with your promotion kit, the guide to what you can say, your earnings and your payouts.

3. How sales are credited to you

An order is credited to you when your code is used on it, or when the shopper visited your page or one of your links within the 30 days before buying. If a code is typed, the code decides. Each order is credited to one partner only.

Our team may credit a phone or other order to you by hand when it clearly came from you.

An order placed with your own email address is credited to you but marked for our team to look at, and it earns nothing unless our team approves it.

4. What commission is paid on

Commission is a percent of the price the shopper paid after discounts. Mattresses and big furniture (bases, foundations, frames and headboards) earn your mattress rate. Accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, toppers and the rest) earn your accessory rate. A discount on the whole order is shared across the items in proportion to their prices.

Commission is never paid on free items (anything discounted to $0), shipping, tax, delivery and removal services (such as white glove delivery, old-mattress removal or moving furniture), or gift cards.

The amount is worked out again from the order as it stands on the day the commission is earned, so refunds and removed items lower it.

5. Levels and rates

Your level sets your rates. It comes from your sales in the last 90 days: the commission base above, for orders credited to you, minus orders that were canceled, refunded or returned.

• Starter, from $0: 5% on mattresses and furniture, 10% on accessories.
• Silver, from $20,000 in 90 days: 6% and 12%.
• Gold, from $50,000 in 90 days: 7% and 14%.
• Platinum, from $100,000 in 90 days: 8% and 15%.

6. Promoting every month

Levels are worked out again on the 1st of each month (Mountain Time). Each order keeps the rate of the level you held on the day it was placed.

To keep your level, log at least one promotion each calendar month on this site (a link to it, what kind it was and the date). If a month has none, your level for the next month is one below your current level, and never above the level your sales reach. Your first partial month does not count against you.

If 90 days pass with no logged promotion, your account becomes inactive. Orders credited to you while you are inactive earn nothing. Logging a promotion makes you active again from that day; nothing from the inactive time is paid back.

7. When commission is earned

A commission waits while the order is on its way, then moves into the trial once the order is delivered. It is earned 100 days after delivery: the 90-night home trial plus 10 days for return paperwork. An order of accessories only (no mattress or furniture) is earned 30 days after delivery, because accessories cannot be returned.

A commission is reversed if the order is canceled or fully refunded, or if a return is started for it. A partial refund lowers it. Once a commission is earned, it is set.

8. How you are paid

Payouts go out once a month, by direct deposit through Stripe, our payout partner. Earned commission is paid once your unpaid earned total is at least $50; a smaller amount rolls into the next month.

To be paid, you need to have accepted this agreement and finished your payout setup on Stripe (your tax details, such as a W-9, and your bank account). Licensed professionals also need a state that allows commission (section 12). Until then, your commission still builds and moves through each step; only the payment waits. That includes commission on orders credited to you after our team invited you and before you accepted this agreement.

Stripe holds your legal name, address, tax number and bank details. Organix Bed never sees or stores them. Stripe sends you a 1099-NEC tax form when the law requires one (for 2026, when you are paid $2,000 or more). You are responsible for your own taxes (section 16).

Each December we ask you to confirm that your details are still correct.

9. Telling people you earn a commission

Every time you share Organix Bed, say clearly that you are a partner and earn a commission, where people will see or hear it: "#ad" or "Paid partnership" at the start of a post, or "I'm an Organix Bed partner and earn a commission if you buy with my code." Say it out loud in videos and podcasts, not only in a description. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission.

10. What you may and may not say

Share your own honest experience. The guide on this site has the details. In short:

• Say "made with certified organic materials." Never call any Organix Bed mattress an "organic mattress," an "organic bed" or "100% organic."
• Do not say a mattress cures, heals, treats or prevents any health condition, or that it is medically or clinically proven.
• Use the offer, prices, trial, delivery and warranty facts as they are on organixbed.com and your partner page. Do not promise delivery dates, "free returns," or deals that are not offered.
• Do not name or speak for people on the Organix Bed team, or present yourself as Organix Bed.

11. Where and how you may promote

Share your code and links with your own audience, on your own channels.

• Do not post your code on coupon, deal or discount-code websites.
• Do not run search ads on "Organix Bed," on our product names (Aria, Harmoni, Tranquiliti, Sereniti), or on words close to them.
• Use the Organix Bed name, logos and product photos only as they come in the promotion kit, only to promote Organix Bed, and only while this agreement lasts. Do not change our logos, and do not put "Organix Bed" or our product names in a website address, social media handle or business name.
• Codes, links and partner pages belong to Organix Bed. We may change or replace a code (for example, one found on coupon sites), and an old link always forwards to your current one.

12. Doctors and other licensed professionals

For doctors, chiropractors and other licensed professionals, your practice state decides whether you may earn commission. Commission is allowed only in states Organix Bed has approved (Utah to start). In California and Colorado, partners get the discount for their patients and never a commission, because those states do not allow licensed professionals to take commissions for referrals. Florida is on hold. In every other state, it is discount only until Organix Bed approves the state. Your patients always get the full offer.

If you earn commission, tell your patients in writing that you are an Organix Bed partner and may earn a commission when they buy with your code. The patient handout in the promotion kit includes that sentence.

13. Improper orders and fraud

Organix Bed may refuse to credit, or may reverse, any order that is fraudulent or came from improper methods: for example, fake or paid-for clicks, orders placed by people in your household to earn commission (your own orders are covered in section 3), misleading ads, or using another partner's code or link as your own.

If a commission was paid because of fraud or a mistake, Organix Bed may subtract it from your future payouts.

14. Your name, photo and content

You allow Organix Bed to use the name, photo, likeness, story, video and other content you give us, on your landing page and in marketing about you as an Organix Bed partner, while this agreement lasts and after it ends. You confirm that this content is yours to share and is true.

If you ask us in writing, at partners@organixbed.com, to take down a specific piece of your content, we will remove it from the places Organix Bed controls within 30 days of your request. Content that has already gone out, such as emails that were sent or printed materials, cannot be called back.

If your opinion of Organix Bed changes, tell us, and we will stop presenting your past words as your current view.

15. Following the law

You follow the laws that apply to how you promote, including the Federal Trade Commission's disclosure rules (section 9) and the laws on email, text messages and privacy. Never send messages about Organix Bed to people who did not ask for them. Licensed professionals also follow the rules of their license and state board.

16. Independent business, no guarantee

You take part as an independent business. You are not an employee, agent or representative of Organix Bed, and you may not make promises or sign anything on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes.

This agreement is not exclusive: you may promote other companies, and Organix Bed may work with other partners. Organix Bed does not promise any amount of sales or commission.

17. Responsibility

You are responsible for what you post and say, and for any claims that come from it. Organix Bed is not responsible for your content.

Organix Bed's total responsibility to you under this agreement is limited to the commission you have earned and not yet been paid.

18. Confidentiality and governing law

Keep private anything we share with you that is not public, such as upcoming sales, non-public pricing and any special rates.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

19. Your account on this site

Organix Bed may suspend or remove your access to this partner site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Losing access does not by itself end this agreement, and it does not cancel commission you have already earned, unless the agreement is also ended under section 20 for a broken term. You can still see your payouts and tax forms directly through Stripe.

Organix Bed may also pause your account. While it is paused, orders still earn commission, and payment waits until the pause ends.

20. Ending the agreement

Either you or Organix Bed may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, with 30 days' written notice. Email works: write to partners@organixbed.com, and we will write to the email address on your account. Your commission keeps building as usual during those 30 days.

Organix Bed may end this agreement right away, without the 30 days, if these terms are not followed: for example, false or health claims, posting your code on coupon sites, search ads on our name, missing disclosures, or improper orders (section 13).

After the end date, new orders no longer earn commission. Orders placed before the end date keep moving through their usual steps and are paid when earned, except orders tied to a broken term. Within 30 days of the end date, remove or update anything you have posted that shows your code, your links or the Organix Bed name as a current offer. Your code may keep working for shoppers, be replaced, or be turned off, at Organix Bed's choice.

21. Changes

Organix Bed may change the rates, the levels, the time windows and the payout minimum. A change applies to orders placed after it, and your home page always shows the current numbers. If these terms change, the new version is shown here for you to accept.

22. Notices, questions and the whole agreement

Notices under this agreement are sent by email: to partners@organixbed.com, or to the email address on your account. Questions? Write to partners@organixbed.com.

This agreement, together with the guide and rules on this site, is the whole agreement between you and Organix Bed about the partner program.
